To avoid being billed as a no-show, do not leave your location without contacting Alexis Limousine & Sedan Service. You must contact us by phone. |

C. CANCELLATION OF CHARTERED SERVICE:
A minimum of 5 days notice is required for cancellation of all charter arrangements (e.g. weddings, wine tours, point-to-point reservations) to avoid the charge of the full fare plus 20% gratuity. Wait Time Charges May apply if a chartered service is cancelled after a driver has waited on location along with the cancellation fee. A non-refundable 40% deposit is taken on all charters. If a cancellation is requested within less than 24 hours 100% of the charter will be charged.
D. PROMS: All prom reservations are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled. The full fare will be charged even if the service is not completed at the request of the passenger.
