Dec 15, 2007 - Alexis Limousine now offers call verification / confirmation on all reservations.

Alexis Limousine now calls the passenger of every single reservation that is made the day before the reservation after 6:00pm. This service is free and is included as just one of our quality control points of service. Our company does this to ensure accuracy in all of our operations as well as to give our clients peace of mind that we have their reservation set in our calendar. If for some reason a client does not receive a call by 9:00pm the day before the reservation, they should call our company to find out if there is a problem with their reservation.
Previously, clients only received confirmations if they called in. We started a small pilot program 6 months ago to get feedback from clients to see if they preferred us to proactively call them to confirm their reservation. With overwhelming positive feedback, we have now widened this service to include all clients and all reservations unless specified by the client that they do not want a confirmation call.
We hope this feature in conjunction with our other quality control measures will ensure our clients remain happy with our service.
